AN UNCOMMON CLINICAL MANIFESTATION

This report presents a unique case of this disorder, highlighting its distinct clinical presentation. The individual, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with aarray of symptoms that included cognitive impairment, nausea, and abdominal pain. These manifestations were fluctuating in nature, leading a comprehensive medical evaluation.
